Print & Mail Communication’s digital color Press capabilities recently expanded with the addition of the RICOH Pro C7110X, providing state of the art quality on demand color printing on small to mid-range print runs at affordable pricing – bridging the gap between our offset printing and on demand service.

With a Maximum Sheet size of up to 13 x 27 – Newsletters, self mailers and postcards can be produced with variable data and presort addressing. Our Maximum sheet thickness of 16 point is perfect for producing durable folders, covers and invitations. The Pro C7110X is designed to produce Five color (White or High Gloss 5th unit) to add an element that takes ink on paper to the next level. It is capable of flood or spot coating and printing on black or dark stocks with a white base first, and color printing over top. With this technology you are only limited by your imagination.

The roll-away Plockmatic saddle stitcher adds folding and finishing options in-line or as a stand-alone saddle stitcher. It is ideal for booklet jobs where an aesthetically pleasing higher end square-spine finish is desirable, and can be produced up to 200 pages.

Specialty marketing materials, like water-proof tear-proof menus, can be printed on synthetic as well and pearl and metallic stocks to create that electric look intended to leave a lasting impression.
